Return Policy, Pre-Order Policy, and Payment Terms
Return Policy
At Soccercard.kw, we prioritize the authenticity and quality of our products to provide our customers with the best experience. Therefore, we do not accept returns for any items sold in our store. All products are carefully inspected for authenticity and quality before being offered for sale.
Delivery
Local delivery is available for orders placed before 10 PM, and they will be delivered on the same day.
Orders placed after 10 PM will be delivered the following day.
Pre-Order Policy
Cancellation Fee
A 15% cancellation fee will be applied to all pre-order items if the order is canceled.
Delays
If the pre-ordered item is delayed beyond the originally mentioned date, customers have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

- Customers are required to report any damaged or missing items immediately upon delivery.
- Please contact us with photographic evidence of the damage or issue for prompt resolution.
